Counter Top Machine

| Some of our designers have a heavy background in the wood industry (i.e... furniture manufacturing, cabinet shop machinery, pallet and wood reel equipment). A leading cabinet component company requested that we build a Core Fab Machine with Automatic Loader for producing kitchen counter top cores. The core machine is shown in the three pictures below. Also shown in the last two pictures are the automatic loader and feeder. The loader picks 3/4" x 48" x 12'-0" long particle board from a pallet and feeds it into the Core Machine. |
